jj555 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jj555 ("we", "us", "jj555", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the website located at jj555.ws and all services offered through it, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and any promotional offers.

General betting rules:

• Bets are accepted only when confirmed with a bet slip reference number. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• jj555 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical error, regardless of whether the bet has since been settled.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay. jj555 is not liable for bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted due to a delay in the live feed.
• Accumulator bets are void if any leg of the bet involves an event that is subsequently voided. The remaining legs are re-calculated at reduced odds.

On closure of an account due to a Terms violation:

• All bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited immediately.
• Real-money balances will be reviewed. Where no fraudulent activity is confirmed, the verified real-money balance (less any applicable bonus reclaims) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
• If a player disputes the closure, they may raise a formal complaint through the procedure outlined in Section 16.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jj555 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned after identity verification.
